We are the fourth and fifth generation of a family of Italian immigrants who have been working and producing excellent natural foods for 115 years.
What do we do
We are producers of Spinach, Kale and Parsley.
Which we sow, dehydrate and sell in large quantities to Pasta Factory, Bakery, Rotisserie, Restaurant, Gastronomic Venues.
Dehydration is the oldest way of preserving food. Allows the product to be stored at room temperature for long periods of time. It is flexible to any recipe and is available to all kitchens. Always healthy!
